People who are not registered to vote in Grays Harbor County may participate and even offer platform suggestions. However, they do not have a vote. ResolutionsResolutions passed by the GH Democrats will be added as soon as possible after passage. When a resolution is passed it is usually forwarded to the Washington State Democrats to be considered for passage at their quarterly meetings. If so, this will be indicated on the resolution itself. The resolutions will be reviewed by the state party's resolutions committee who will either forward it for consideration as is or merge it with the same or similar resolutions forwarded by other county and legislative district party organizations. While our meetings are open to the public, only PCOs and paid members can vote on resolutions.
People interested in reading resolutions passed by the Washington State Democrats can go here. The state platform and bylaws can also be found there along with instructions on how to submit a resolution to the state party.
